[Shipping method and shipping fee]
Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.
If no date or time is specified, your order will be shipped within 3 business days (weekdays) from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping fee: 700 yen (tax included)
Please note that the delivery company may change without prior notice.
[How to purchase pre-order items]
- Please check the expected delivery time listed in the product details.
- Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and click "Checkout" to proceed to the page where you can enter your details.
*If you are not logged in, the login screen will be displayed. Please enter the required information and log in. - Enter the required information and click "Next" to proceed to the confirmation page.
*As this is a pre-order item, you cannot specify a delivery date and time. - Please check the details you entered, and if there are no errors, click "Confirm your order" to proceed to the confirmation page.
- The order completion page will appear.
- You will receive an "order confirmation email", so please check the contents.
*If you do not receive an email, please contact us via "Inquiries." - Once the product has been shipped, we will send you a "Shipping Completion Email".

[Regarding returns of defective products]
- We accept returns if the delivered product is damaged or defective, or if the delivered product is incorrect. (This site does not accept returns due to customer convenience.)
- When you receive the product you ordered, please be sure to check within 7 days to make sure that the product is not damaged or defective and that there are no errors in your order.
- Within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us via CONTACT → "Inquiries" to request a return of the product you purchased. Please also state the details of the defect.
- Our customer center will reply with instructions on how to return the item, so please follow those instructions and return the item along with the delivery note and product tag by cash on delivery.
- Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will check for any defects and respond promptly (return, exchange, refund).
Cases where returns are not accepted
- If 8 days have passed since the product arrived
- If the delivery note or product tag is lost
- Other cases where obvious signs of use are observed
