3. (Consent to provide personal information)

In the following cases, we will provide personal information to third parties to the extent necessary (in items 1 , 2 , and 4 , information excluding information that can directly identify a specific individual, such as name and address).

6. (Requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc.)

We will accept requests from customers to disclose personal information subject to disclosure, to be notified of the purpose of use, to correct personal information subject to disclosure if it is false, to stop using the information, and to stop providing the information to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "disclosure, etc.").

If you wish to make a request by mail, please attach the necessary documents to the designated request form and mail it to the address of the personal information inquiry desk listed in Article 1.0 .

*Please black out any sensitive information, such as your permanent address, written on the documents you submit before submitting them. If the information is not blacked out when we receive it, we will black it out and consider it not to have been obtained.

Please note that for requests for disclosure and requests for notification of purpose of use, a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each request.

If you request by mail, a handling fee will be charged for the transfer etc.

7. (Regarding safety control measures)

We will take necessary and appropriate safety management measures for the personal data we hold, specifically as follows:

  • Establishment of a personal information protection policy

In order to ensure the appropriate handling of personal data, we have formulated a Personal Information Protection Policy that includes compliance with laws and regulations, implementation of safety measures, and implementation and continuous improvement of personal information protection management.

  • Establishment of rules regarding the handling of personal data

We have established "Personal Information Protection Regulations" that outline the handling method, responsible persons, and their responsibilities for each stage of information collection, use, storage, provision, deletion, and disposal.

We will change this policy as necessary after going through the procedures required by law. When changing this policy, we will notify you of the changes and the timing of their implementation on our website or by other appropriate means.
