■About the designer
The WA.CLOTH ESSENTIAL series was specially designed by CINOH designer Takayuki Chino.
The result is a garment that maximizes the potential of paper yarn, while retaining Chino's attention to detail and the texture of the material, and the elegant yet casual, beautiful lines that are her forte.


This band collar shirt has a smooth texture and does not get stuffy, making it perfect for summer.
The refreshing dry touch unique to paper yarn and the drape of cupra give it a light impression.
This item can be hand washed and can be worn as a tunic or on its own from spring to summer.
This is a piece that can be enjoyed in a wide range of outfits, such as wearing it over a T-shirt to protect yourself from air conditioning.

■About the paper thread: The high-quality paper made by Japanese artisans using the fast-growing abaca plant is slit into thin strips and twisted like paper string to create the paper thread.
Furthermore, this yarn was used to create a knitted fabric, washed in water, dried in the sun, and then unraveled, giving the yarn itself a unique shape and creating a fullness that had never been achieved before.
Paper thread, which is made with the skilled techniques of Japanese artisans, is highly durable and has many functions, such as moisture absorption and release, a dry feel, and is lightweight.

<Handling Precautions>
Due to the nature of the material, this product is vulnerable to water and heat. If it gets wet or damp, it may shrink or fade. If moisture gets on the product, do not leave it as it is, but remove the moisture as soon as possible by drying or wiping it off.
Due to friction while wearing, washing, cleaning, etc., pilling and whitish may occur. When washing or cleaning, please follow the care instructions. As it is prone to shrinkage due to heat, please follow the care instructions especially when ironing.
Color may change due to exposure to sunlight, electric light, etc. Avoid storing in a high temperature and humidity, and store in a well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight.
